Content | In this course, we discuss current issues at the intersection of law, economics and public policy. Seminars are held by guests from Switzerland as well as from outside. Guests from abroad are invited to give two seminars. A first one is organized as a lecture, while a second one has the format of a workshop. In the workshop, current research of the guests is discussed. In addition, there is an introductory session about law, economics and public policy at the beginning of the semester. |
Learning objectives | The seminar series shall promote the exchange on ongoing academic research in law, economics and public policy. Thus the focus is on policy-oriented research with a clear scientific foundation. The series favors research that applies a comparative institutional perspective. |
