| Content | Toxic effects on the follwing organs are going to be discussed: Kidney, bone marrow, heart, skin, liver, lung, skeletal muscle. Specific points of discussion will mainly be the clinical presentation, mechanisms of toxicity and possible therapies. |
| Learning objectives | The students know the reactions of the organs described on toxic insults: organ-specific general reactions and toxin-specific reactions The students know prophylactic measures tio avoid toxicity The students know the principles of therapy of such toxicities |
