Content | On the basis of selected cases of disease- or toxicity-phenotypes as a consequence of medical treatment, the cause and mechanisms responsible for the clinical picture will be discussed. |
Learning objectives | The students are able to describe examples of toxic effects as a consequence of drug therapy. They know the links between clinical phenotype and molecular mode of action. They know how to read the scientific literature critically and how to derive questions that lead to explanations for the described observations. In the team, they can tackle problems systematically and compile possible solutions. |
