Content | What are the interaction seminars? The "interaction seminars" have started in 1999 at the Zoological Institute of Basel (Switzerland). The topic of these biweekly seminars are mainly ecological and evolutionary aspects of biology. Speakers are invited to present their work or their future project which can either be theoretical or experimental. During these seminars, we expect a very high level of interaction between the speaker and the audience. People are therefore highly encouraged to stop the speaker during the talk for questions or remarks (the maximum duration of a seminar is fixed to 2 h). Drinks and snacks are provided (prices are shared by the audience). The language of the interaction seminars is English. |
