Content | This is a second-semester course for students taking the integrated FHNW BA degree. However, the course is also open to all students in their fourth semester or above who have an interest in the subject. The course considers the linguistic problems of English language teaching from a theoretical and practical point of view. In the first half of the course, the focus is towards linguistic theories and SLA (second language acquisition) theory with the aim of informing practice with theory. The course then turns to examine the materials and practices of teaching more closely. |
