Content R is a free software and it became the main programming language in bioinformatics and statistics. This lecture series teaches you basic knowledge of R and how to use it in order to explore and visualize data and perform basic statistical analysis. Each session consist of 1 hour lecture and 1 hour hands on practical. Participants should bring along their laptops.
