Content | This colloquium accompanies the course “Histories of Urbanization.” It discusses in more depth the material covered in the lecture course, and can only be taken in addition to this course. The focus of our discussion will be on historiographic and theoretical debates in urban studies and urban design. During some sessions, we will analyze specific urban plans and other visual materials. In other sessions, we will discuss readings that deepen our knowledge of the historiography of urbanism and urbanization. |
