| Content | - Specimen Preparation Techniques of Human Tissue - Theoretical Background of Imaging Concepts using X-rays - Computational Analysis Methodologies including Segmentation and Simulations - Practical Exercises with Laboratory MicroCT Device and Matlab Scripts |
| Learning objectives | Students are going to learn the handling of the entire pipeline of how to prepare specimens, acquire microCT-data and analyze them using computational tools. The focus will be on human tissue. |
