Content | Lectures are introducing new technologies to study the pathophysiology of human diseases. Genetic approaches include various animal models, organoids and "state of the art" molecular biological techniques, e.g. genomics, next generation sequencing techniques, single cell analysis. The lectures are introducing, how these technologies have been applied to specific diseases. |
Learning objectives | The aim is to get more insights into the applications of the modern molecular biological techniques to understand human disease pathophysiology and how these techniques can be used to develop new treatment modalities. |
