Content Introduction of the current techniques to generate animal models for human diseases (1-2 lectures). Lectures of various disease models, their use to undertand the mechanisms of the diseases and also to test new treatment modalities
Learning objectives The students will understand the potential of the animal models in molecular medicine and in medical and pharmaceutical applications in various disease areas.

 

Admission requirements The lecture series is open for everybody. Postdoctoral scientists, master/doctoral students (Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Biology) etc.. Registration optional (recommended)
