| Content | Topics: The Seminars in Drug Discovery & Development are dedicated to current research in industry and academia. The seminars cover a broad range of topics, relevant for the modern pharmaceutical research and drug development process. The speakers are asked to present current questions, results and challenges within their specific field of interest. The lecture is focussed on own research and not limited to a general introduction to the field. |
| Learning objectives | Goal: The participants are introduced to the current state of knowledge and the challenges in exemplary fields, presented by the speakers. By learning about showcases in many different fields the participants become familiar with current trends in pharmaceutical research. |
| Admission requirements | Audience: Mainly PhD students, postdocs and professors from the departments of pharmaceutical sciences, biology, chemistry and biomedical sciences. The seminar is open to interested undergraduate students as well (master level). Guests from outside the university are welcome. |
