Content Experiments to cover main group chemistry (from ACI), coordination chemistry (from ACII), organometallic chemistry and catalysis (for ACIII). Literature review. Presentation on a topic relevant to the course. A theoretical exercise connected to one of the synthesis experiments that you will do. There will be 2 Leiststungsprufungen during the Semester.
Learning objectives To learn practical skills associated with inorganic synthesis including working under air-free conditions. Use of the chemical literature including learning to use SciFinder Scholar to search for relevant literature.
