11073-01 - Practical course: Intensive Composition 3 CP

Content In order to work on English language composition and style and improve essay writing skills in an intensive setting, the students will each write and discuss four short essays on poems. All essays will be discussed by all participants. Note: The workshopping of writing requires all participants to make a commitment that they will attend the course regularly.
Learning objectives Further developing academic-writing skills in English.
Bibliography Course pack materials supplied.
Comments In the event that there are too many students, the instructor will have to reduce the size of the course.

 

Admission requirements For students who have passed the first-semester courses in English Language Practice and Literature and Culture Studies (or who have received special permission from the instructor).
