Learning objectives - You know the variability of kinetics and dynamics in different populations (age, organ function, genetics) and can discuss consequences for pharmacotherapy
- You know the basics of TDM
- You know risk factors for ADRs and important ADRs of drugs
- You know the moist important drug-drug interactions
- You know the basics of pharmacogenetics
- You know the most important skin diseases and cutaneous ADRs
- You understand the basics of addiction and know which drugs may cause it
- You know the problematics of alcohol and nicotine abuse
- You know the most important inxications in humans
- You know the principles of the Swiss drug market and understand the approval process. You know what generics and biosimilars are

- Sie können die wichtigsten Ursachen der Adipositas und können die entsprechende Pharmakotherapie diskutieren
- Sie kennen die Klinik der wichtigsten Intoxikationen sowie die dafür notwendigen Antidota
- Sie können Therapieansätze und Pharmakotherapie des Nikotin- und Alkoholabusus diskutieren
- Sie können die Grundsätze der Bioäquivalenz nennen und diskutieren
- Sie kennen die wichtigsten dermatologischen Erkrankungen und deren Therapie
