Content Introduction to Bayesian Statistics and its foundations.
Statistical inference from the posterior information, predictions etc.
Different choises for the prior Information: Conjugate Priors, noninformative priors.
Statistical decision theory and its relation to point estimates
Numerical methods for Bayesian statistics
Learning objectives Foundations of Bayesian Statistics and ist interpretation of probability. Statistical Inference from posterior distribution. Different possibilities for prior information. Statistical decision theory
Bibliography will be announced in the lecture
