Content The course aims at introducing the basic principles of strategic program and project management in order to strengthen the district, regional and national health strategies in long-term planning and/or research.
Learning objectives After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:
Describe the basic principles of project cycle management (PCM) and strategic project management
Gain first experiences with the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and its utilization for writing a project proposal
Utilize different planning tools for drafting project ideas
Comments Methods: Practical / exercise / group work
