Content Course Description:
During this course, the doctoral students within the PhD Program in "PhD Program in Bioethics, Health Policy and Legal Medicine" will gain practical experience in writing a grant proposal. This course consists of five lectures tailored towards writing different parts of a grant proposal and leaning from experiences of seasoned researcher who have written and received grant fundings. Thereafter, during the course of the semester, students will be paired with an instructor. With the instructor, the student must select a funding agency (list will be provided) to which they will submit a grant application. The instructor would be their personal mentor for this writing and submission process.
Upon completing the course, the students are expected to have good understanding of writing well-formulated and convincing grant proposals.
