Learning objectives Know the basics on nucleic acid based therapeutics and understand the issues relevant for the development of antisense oligonucleotide drugs.
Know the basics about monoclonal antibodies used as drugs.
Understand issues relevant to classic and new small molecules as well as peptide drugs.
Know the basics of gene and stem cell therapies.
Know the basics of patenting of drug modalities.
Bibliography Review Articles that will be distributed during the lectures
