Principles of T cell stimulation by hapten, prohapten, pi-concept and HLA restricted relations (D. Yerly)
Immune reactions to biologicals: principles and clinic; Drugs and antibody productions: IgE mediated reactons (the penicilin model); anaphylaxis, cross-reactivity, pholcodin model (T. Manigold)
Immun reactions to biologicals: infusion reactions and cytokine release syndromes: risk assessment. Type II and III reactions (haemolytic anaemia, agranulo-cytosis, throbocytopenia, ...) (T. Manigold)

Know the basics of skin reactions against drugs.
