Content R is a free software and it became the main programming language in bioinformatics and statistics. This lecture series teaches you basic knowledge of R and how to use it in order to explore and visualize data and perform basic statistical analysis. Each session consists of 1-hour lecture and 1 hour hands on practical. Participants should bring along their laptops.

Assessment format continuous assessment
Assessment details There are two grades, in the middle and at the end of the lecture series. Both are held online in the form of multiple-answer questions (with one correct answer each).
You can receive a maximum of 24 points from both exams together and in order to pass the course successfully you need to get a total of 12 points minimum.
