The course presents an overview of multinomial modeling with the focus on the special case of multinomial processing tree models tailored for experimental psychology. Topics include parameter estimation, goodness-of-fit tests, identifiability, power analysis, robustness, and bootstrapping. Application problems are discussed and user-friendly computer programs are introduced that help
using multinomial models.
