Every other week we will host a scholar to present findings from recent peace research, presenting recently published books and articles, and to discuss the state of the field. Students interested in gaining credit should contact the colloquium convenor. The sessions will take place partly online, and partly in person. To receive the link for online sessions, please register at https://invtdu.to/_o08xm |
Learning objectives | Participants will be introduced to the latest books and papers in peace research and have the opportunity to discuss these with leading peace researchers from around the world. Students taking the colloquium for credit will: 1) Be able to summarise recently published findings and their implications for the study of peace and conflict research 2) Be able to critically reflect on and discuss presentations with authors. 3) Reflect on the current state of peace research and practice. |
