Learning objectives * Reading and understanding of scientific literature.
* Independent development of solutions for programming projects.
* Preparation and presentation of scientific talks.
* Conduct scientific discussions with peers.
* Writing, reviewing, and discussion of scientific reports.

Admission requirements The number of participants is limited to 20. Students in the B.Sc. Computer Science that still need the mandatory 6 credit points from seminars are given priority if they enroll until September 22nd, 2022.

Programming skills are required for the project component of the course.

Please note: Regular attendance of the seminar sessions is required to obtain credit points for the seminar.

Seminar participants must
- Write a report on the seminar topic and give a presentation (40% of the grade)
- Give written feedback (peer review) on other participants topic (20% of the grade)
- Submit the implementation of their programming project and give a presentation about the project (40% of the grade)

All three aspects are individually graded on a scale of 1.0-6.0. A passing grade is required in each of the three aspects.
The final seminar grade is the weighted average of these individual grades, using the weights shown in parentheses.
