Content Week 1: Introduction to Environmental Toxicology
Week 2: Environmental pollutants and environmental chemistry aspects
Week 3: Plastic and microplastic in the environmental and ecotoxicological consequences
Week 4: Environmental risk assessment
Week 5: Effects of nanoparticles.
Week 6: Bioaccumulation & Biomagnification of environmental pollutants. Effects of endocrine disrupters
Learning objectives - to understand of processes and concepts of environmental toxicology
- to understand, how chemicals behave in the environmental and what effects they may have
- to understand effects on organisms of important environmental chemicals
- to obtain knowledge about the principles and the processes in organisms that are affected by environmental pollutants
Comments Film and sound recordings during the course are strictly forbidden (recorders may be confiscated)
