| Content | Based on the presentation of ongoing research projects (Master's theses, PhD theses etc.), students analyze and discuss thematic and methodological questions related to current disciplinary and interdisciplinary research on sustainability. The detailed program is set in the first session. |

| Comments | Mandatory for all MSD-students who have chosen the focus area in social sciences (credits are earned once for the module "Preparation Master's Thesis in Social Sciences" = no repeated course registration possible). Enrollment and presentation according to agreement with Prof. Dr. Burger. meetings from 16.15 to 18.00h: Dates according announcement in "Dates and Rooms This colloquium is offered by the MSD. Prof. Dr. P. Burger is head of the Sustainability Research Group, Dep. Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Dr. Rony Emmenegger is a staff member of the same research group. |

| Course application | Course enrollment on MOnA should be completed by the beginning of the teaching period (withdrawal possible until Monday of teaching week five). Exclusively for MSD-students with focus area in social sciences who present specific aspects of their master's thesis. |
