Learning objectives To develop skills in songwriting and poetry writing
Bibliography Materials will be provided by the instructor.
Comments As writing begins in reading and listening, students wishing to prepare for the course should spend the summer and early autumn reading as much poetry as they have time for, and listening carefully to the lyrics of as many songs as they have time for. If you would like suggestions as to what to read and/or listen to, feel free to contact the instructor.
