| Content | Introduction to Bayesian Statistics and its foundations. Statistical inference from the posterior information, predictions etc. Basics of using sampling from the posterior using MC methods and probabilitistic progamming languages. Selection of priors: Conjugate Priors, noninformative priors. Statistical decision theory and its relation to point estimates Numerical methods for Bayesian statistics, especially using MCMC libraries. |
